We take care of content updates, security updates, backups, and design improvements based on your subscription plan. You don't have to worry about any of the technical details.
How often do you update my website?
The frequency of updates and backups depends on your chosen plan:
Basic: Updates and backups are performed quarterly.
Plus: Updates and backups are done bimonthly.
Premium: Updates and backups are conducted monthly for the highest level of support and performance.
Can I request additional updates outside my plan?
Yes, of course! We’re always open to discussing your needs and will work with you to accommodate any additional updates.

Can I cancel my subscription, and what happens to the domain name and website after I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with an 8-week notice period. After cancellation, you may transfer the domain name to your ownership. However, the website design is part of the subscription, and after cancellation, you will have no claim to the website. We will assist with the domain transfer to ensure a smooth transition.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly, with invoices sent to you at the beginning of each month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Any changes will be reflected starting from the next billing cycle, ensuring a smooth transition without disrupting your services.
Can I add an online store on my website to sell my products?
Yes! If you want to add an online shop for selling products, you can easily upgrade to the Premium plan, which includes full e-commerce functionality and custom solutions.
Do you offer custom development?
